Amazing to see how these fine young boys grew up before the eyes of their fans and at the threshold of probably leaving the Libera limelight for good Joshua Madine, Liam Connery, Alex Leggett, Jonathan Barrington and Sam Leggett came up with “The Loose Moose Show” - a severely (and deliberately) amateurish home video that presents a montage of predictable and blatantly exaggerated yet downright funny and to be honest, deserves an Oscar by itself.

I can't help but imagine how this group of English boys all by themselves with nothing to do on the holidays, equipped with cams and digital imaging software can come up with such a brilliant 30 minute piece of a totally entertaining video. Was it out of dire boredom? Was it a project? Was it a sort of “Thank You Libera Fans for all those years you have supported us” kind of videos? I guess no one will know. But no matter what reason it was created for, what these boys may never realized is they have just immortalized themselves in the hearts of their fans that have followed since they were 8 as they snakingly sang their first verse as a member of Libera.

Interesting to note the effort(less) they gave into the acting. The facial expressions of Josh in the ‘Dr. Who’ segment, Sam’s “Thanks a lot, ‘Love You” skit and how he delivered it at a very unpredictable manner, Jon’s “Dr. Who” saga and how he tried (unsuccessfully) to cover up the severe budget cuts of the production, Liam’s detective work where he coherently line after line delivered each punch line like he rehearsed for the part for a long time and off course, how can you miss, Alex as the Pizza Guy! Sitting in the tub at Liam’s place in the middle of the night! It’s like, just when you were about to see them ride off to the amber sky with the thought “wow those boys can sing”, now they gave us another iceberg tip to wonder about. They can act, and not only act, they can deliver!

“The Loose Moose” episode is a blessing for all Libera fans that are now left to wonder… will there be more? I dearly hope so. Because the laugh and smiles these boys gave to me at least is priceless.
To Josh, Liam, Jon, Sam and Alex, you guys are phenomenal! We are all sure that no matter where you set your heart into success will not be far behind. You just proved it on a 30 minute skit.
